Proceeds from Birmingham's Coolest Cat Photo Contest will be used to spay and neuter local community Kitties, assist individuals experiencing financial hardship with spaying/neutering their Kitties and help local Kitty Rescues.
The $3,346 raised from Birmingham's Coolest Cat Contest 2022, was used to spay and neuter Community Cats, assist individuals in need with spay/neuter and other urgent services and support local cat rescues.
How Do Your Dollar$ Help??
- $50 fully funds a spay or neuter for a community cat – that includes surgery, rabies shot, pain medicine and an ear tip. (Ear tipping is an effective and universally accepted method to identify a spayed or neutered and vaccinated community cat.)
- A spay or neuter prevents unwanted litters and improves the lives of feral cats and their relationship with the community. (For information on the many benefits of Trap-Neuter-Return go to alleycat.org.)
