Phil is an adorable curmudgeon who only wants to lay on your chest, or climb into a suitably built pillow fort, and snooze. He's a sucker for a scratching mat (we say he's writing in his diary) and goes crazy for a string toy. He's constantly on the lookout for an ambush from his younger brother, but gives as good as he gets when it happens!
