Phoebe was born with cerebellar hypoplasia (CH / Wobbly Cat Syndrome), a neurological condition makes her wobbly, but causes no pain or dizziness. Phoebe is an absolute ray of sunshine and happy energy. We adopted her from Kitty Kat Haven & Rescue 3 years ago and continue to be amazed by her daily! Her hobbies include painting, lemur hunting, and advocating for special needs pets.
