Through your support and participation in events like our annual photo calendar contest, we can continue to go above and beyond, not only for animals at the shelter but for pets across the community, providing food, guidance, medical support and peace of mind.

When you vote in or enter our 2023 photo calendar contest, each dollar you donate goes back into your community and towards helping animals in need. Submit your favorite picture of your pet or pets for a chance to win amazing prizes (including the opportunity to be named Alexandria's Animal of 2023) and to help animals just like yours.  Your photo can be a pet "selfie" showing off their self-proclaimed best angles or just your favorite picture.  Whatever photo you favor, it will be included in our 2023 photo calendar AND you will receive one complimentary copy of that calendar later in the year.
