A little about me...
Hi! My name is Stevie and I was adopted from AWLA this past February. I’m a handsome, year-old gentle-dog that came to my humans full of life and energy. They’ve helped me learn to be a better doggie, and I love them very much. I had a ruff first year, but now I’m a dog about town in Arlington. I have everything a dog could want - a pack of doggo friends, a soft place to sleep, all the toys and snackos I could ever dream of, snacks, snacks, oh, and did I mention snacks? My days consist of long morning walks, long barks at my humans (while they’re on Zoom calls), and short power naps. I was a paw-ful when I first came to my humans - all they wanted to do was take me on a walk to Long Bridge park (about a three mile journey) but I couldn’t do it at first. However, after help from my trainer friends at Furget-Me-Not and lots of patience, my humans and I finally made it to the park for the very first time. This is a picture of that achievement! They are so proud of how far I’ve come in the last four months, and I’m so lucky to have found a loving and active fur-ever home. Thank you to all of my doggo and human friends at AWLA and everywhere else that have helped me get where I am today. Vote for Stevie! And remember, adopt don’t shop!
