Welcome to the Peace for Paws Ohio Inaugural Calendar for 2024 - our newest fundraiser! This event is co-hosted by Peace for Paws Ohio and Simply Dog Photography and is open to ALL dogs. By entering the contest, not only will you be helping needy animals in our community with the proceeds raised, but you may win a spot in the calendar.

It's easy to participate! Submit your favorite photo of your pet, then get your friends and family to vote!

Win great prizes! Your pet could win a professional photo shoot and be featured in the 2024 calendar and may even win the cover spot! You'll also have the chance to win weekly prizes from Mutts & Co. and participate in voting "bonus" promos.

Prizes

The top 12 dogs that get the most votes will be professionally photographed by Simply Dog Photography and be featured in the 2024 Peace for Paws Ohio Calendar. All 12 dogs will be featured as a dog of the month and the 1st place winner will also get the cover spot.

***IMPORTANT: Studio Portrait Sessions for all 12 dogs will be scheduled between 11am and 4pm on October 6th, 7th and 8th, 2023 at Simply Dog Photography's studio in Dublin Ohio. Please confirm your availability during those dates.

In addition to the grand prizes, one dog each week who receives the highest number of new votes for that week will win a Mutts & Co Gift Card!

Reserve a Day to Honor Your Pet

Just want a guaranteed spot in the calendar? Reserve a day to honor your pet. This can be for your pet's adoption anniversary, birthday, loved one's birthday, memorial or really any special day! Your pet's photo will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day and pay! First come first served! Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available.

Rules

Each Entry is a $10 donation.
Limit of ONE DOG per photo entry. Photos that include people or more than one dog will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
The photos must be uploaded; printed photos cannot be accepted. We cannot accept any copyrighted photos or professional photos.
The submission period starts at 10:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 and ends at 6:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, as determined by Simply Dog Photography, at its sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for refund.
Entering more than one photo of the same dog does not increase the chances of winning. A dog can only win once. Attempts to win two spots in the calendar of the same pet will not be permitted.
Only dogs that are able to attend the winning portrait sessions at Simply Dog's Studio in Dublin Ohio are eligible to win the top 12 prizes.
IMPORTANT: Studio Portrait Sessions for all 12 winners will be scheduled between 11am and 4pm on October 6th, 7th and 8th, 2023 at Simply Dog Photography's studio in Dublin Ohio. Please confirm your availability. If you are unable to attend a portrait session during those times, dates and location, you’ll forfeit your prize and the next top vote-getter will take your dogs spot in the calendar.

About Us

Peace for Paws Ohio is a 501(c)(3) organization created to assist with the homeless pet overpopulation in Ohio. Our mission is to provide education and financial support for spay and neuter efforts in rural areas, foster and adopt dogs from high-kill shelters, provide resources to shelters or humane societies who are caring for animals from large-scale rescues, support Ohio legislation for companion animal protection, and provide temporary pet food assistance for families going through financial hardship. This organization is made up of 100% volunteers
