Louie is a rescue who came to me by way of a veterinary clinic when he was about two years old. His previous owner threw him out of the door of an apartment complex where TSA officers found him and brought him to their vet clinic. Louie is smart, protective, and very social. He loves the water and enjoys flirting with women. He will celebrate his 12th "Gotcha Day" in October.
