CAMO Rescue, in partnership with Megan Murray Photography, is happy to announce a calendar contest fundraiser!  Proceeds from this contest will go towards routine and emergency medical fund for spay/neuter, vaccines, surgeries, broken bones, and illnesses of dogs rescued from euthanasia lists.

Submit your favorite photo of your dog (all dogs welcome!) and ask your family and friends to vote for them.  Please review the Contest Rules carefully for submission guidelines; those that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win.  Donations for photo entries and votes will help CAMO Rescue continue their efforts rescuing dogs from high kill shelters and educating the public on the importance of spay/neuter and vaccinating their pets.


The top 13 dogs that receive the most votes will be professionally photographed by Megan Murray Photography in Houston, TX and featured in the 2021 calendar.  The 1st place winner will win the coveted cover photo, and the 2nd - 13th place winners will have their dog featured as a dog of the month. 


In addition to the grand prizes, one dog each week who receives the highest number of new votes for that week will win a bonus prize from one of our participating businesses.  Our amazing donors include: The Doggie Express, Loyl's Natural Pet Grocery & Groomery, Bering's Hardware, and Megan Murray Photography.


CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization devoted to rescuing dogs from high kill shelters in Houston, Odessa/Midland, and the surrounding areas.  CAMO is comprised of volunteers who span a range of ages, professions, and experience levels, but who are brought together by a love of animals and devotion to saving the lives of homeless animals by getting them off euthanasia lists and into forever families.
