“Whiskers in Focus“ 2025 Pet Photo Contest

Whiskers TNR aims to improve the quality of life for cats in Warren County by working directly with the caregiver of the cat to coordinate spay/neuter and vaccinations. Whiskers TNR of Warren County is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity and has been since 2016.

Prizes

Monthly winners: 1 large picture and a few small pictures will be featured on each page of the 12 months of the 2025 “Whiskers in Focus” calendar.

The photo receiving the most votes will be the "Pet of the Year" and that photo will get to be on the cover of the Whiskers TNR of Warren County 2025 “Whiskers in Focus” Calendar.

The top 12 photos receiving the most votes (1 through 12) will be featured as a "Pet of the Month" in the calendar as the largest photo for that month.

The next 30 top vote recipients will be featured as "Pets of the Week." A few "Pets of the Week" will be featured on each of the 12 months of the 2025 Calendar as smaller photos.

Reserve a Special Spot In The Calendar

Just want a guaranteed spot in the calendar? Honor your pet or celebrate a gotcha-day or birthday by reserving an empty grid space (before or after the numbered squares) for their photo. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the month and pay! Each month has a limited number of squares in each grid and will be filled on a first come, first served basis; don't delay! Each grid space is just $10.

Rules

Entry, voting, and calendar sales proceeds help to support Whiskers TNR of Warren County.
Each entry will be $5 to Whiskers TNR of Warren County, this is an entry fee and does not include a calendar.
You may enter as many photos as you wish, no restrictions on animal species or number of animals per picture. Entry fees are required for each submission.
Entries will be accepted from 7:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Saturday, June 1, 2024 through 11:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
Emphasis of the photo should be on pets, please do not include people.
Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from Whiskers TNR of Warren County or live in Warren County to be eligible to enter the contest
Anyone may vote for any entry in the 2025 “Whiskers in Focus” Pet Photo Contest and Fundraiser. Each $1.00 donation counts as one vote. You may cast as many votes as you like at any time for any entry. You are allowed and encouraged to vote for your own pets.
Photos must be high-resolution (300 dpi or greater) to be considered for a month spread in the calendar, no professional watermarked photos will be used
Photos deemed offensive, indecent or obscene will be removed from the contest
All photos submitted become the property of Whiskers TNR of Warren County and may be used on social media, advertising or marketing

Whiskers TNR of Warren County board members or volunteers may enter, but are not eligible to win the calendar cover, "Pet of the Year".
Online voting will end at 11:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
Winners are required to purchase calendars due to the high number of winners and printing costs.
