Twin Cities Pet Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit foster based animal rescue located int he Minneapolis/St.Paul metro area of Minnesota. Our mission is to rescue abandoned, homeless, abused, neglected, and otherwise unwanted dogs and cats, with the ultimate goal of finding each one a stable and loving forever home.
