Welcome to our Photo Fundraiser! The Tails & Trails Pet Photo Contest raises funds to support our
vital services which include animal sheltering and adoptions, veterinary care, education programs for youth and adults, low-cost feline spay & neuter program, the Pawsitive Impact Project, and so much more!
It's easy to participate! Submit your favorite photo of your pet, then get your family and friends to vote for your pet's picture.
Win great prizes! Your pet could be featured on a limited release Glacial Till Vineyard wine that will be sold in stores throughout Lincoln!
Photo submissions and votes require a minimum tax-deductible donation to support the animals and programs at Capital Humane Society. Please see our rules for complete participant guidelines and eligibility requirements.

- Photos of dogs, cats, horses, small mammals, reptiles, and birds are accepted
- Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from Capital Humane Society or live in Lincoln to be eligible to enter the contest
- Photos may contain more than one pet
- Photos must be high-resolution
- Photos must only contain domestic pets (no people or wildlife)
- Photos must be full color, no heavily filtered, edited or altered photos
- Photos deemed offensive, indecent, or obscene will be removed from the contest
- All online photo entries must be submitted by 9:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Monday, May 15, 2023.
- All photos submitted become the property of Capital Humane Society
