Hey there, hoomans! It's me, Milagra!
You might know me as Mila, but around here, they call me The Miracle Pup (and honestly, I totally live up to the name, if I do say so myself 😎). I wanted to give you all an update on my FABULOUS life, and trust me—it's one for the books! 📖✨

First, let me take you back to where it all started… Yeah, I had a pretty ruff start. 😔 I lost part of my face to something horrible done by some not-so-nice humans. My skin was dry, my fur was patchy, and I was super underweight. 😢 I had a lot going on:

💔 Pain from two tick-borne viruses (ugh, ticks! 😡)
🎗️ A tumor that needed 6 rounds of chemo! (I'm a warrior 💪)
🦷 Facial reconstruction surgeries (so now I’ve got the cutest little face—missing teeth and all! 😉)
🏃‍♀️ Heartworm treatment (I'm still fighting, but I'm tough as nails 🐾)
🚑 Spay surgery (ouch, but totally worth it for the glow-up 🐶)
I was a gangly 26 pounds when I first arrived at SPR. But look at me now! I’m a stunning 42 pounds with a gorgeous shiny black coat that makes me look like a supermodel 🖤✨. I even get compliments all the time, especially during my car rides, which I LOVE (I’m practically a co-pilot now, hehe 🚗💨).

🐕 My Fabulous Life Now 🐕
These days, I’m absolutely living my BEST life. 💖 I’ve got toys to play with 🎾, I get the zoomies 🏃‍♀️💨, and I’m treated like the princess I was always meant to be 👑. Hawk Ridge Animal Hospital peeps love me—they give me all the extra attention because, well, I deserve it. 😜 And guess what?! I have a foster brother named Harvey who’s also a special case like me. He’s a double amputee 🦾, but that doesn’t slow him down one bit! We’re quite the pair—two miracle pups living large! 🐾

Here are some fun facts about me:

🦄 Zoomie Master: If you haven’t seen me zoom around, you’re missing out! I’m fast when I wanna be!
🚗 Car Ride Queen: I love sticking my head out the window and feeling the breeze on my (newly shiny) fur.
🧸 Toy Enthusiast: Toys = life. End of story.
💞 Velcro Mode: I never leave my foster momma’s side. We’re BFFs 24/7!
Oh, and did I mention I’ve been getting my heartworm treatment? Yep, last week I got my first injection. Not gonna lie, it wasn’t my fave 😬, but I’m doing just fine now! 💪

🌟 How Far I’ve Come 🌟
I know, I know—I’ve been through a lot. But when you look at where I started and where I am now… WOW! Talk about a glow-up! 😍 From being underweight and beaten to gaining 16 pounds of pure muscle and love, I'm thriving in ways no one thought possible. I’m healthy, happy, and living in the best Fospice home ever. 💖

But now, life is all about cuddles, toys, and living my best princess life with my amazing foster mom and bro Harvey. 👑💕
