Frank is all puppy. He loves to run in circles and keeps us in stitches! We adopted him from a lady who had two dogs that were not fond of Frank. She initially named him Poe for Edgar Allen and then it became Popes. When he became our pup, I expanded that to Pope Francis, because he rocks my boat. From there it was shortened to Frank! We are very fond of Frank!
