When I saw Lulabelle's picture on a webpage it was love at first sight. She had previously been someone's breeding mama and had heartworm. A good Samaritan got her out of that situation and into the care of Hound Rescue of Austin, TX. We adopted her almost two years ago and are happy to say she is now heartworm free and retired from breeding. Lulabelle is a full time lady of leisure, and possibly the prettiest beagle in town. Her name means "famous beauty", but her personality and heart are even more beautiful than her exterior. Rescue pups are the best!!
