SPCA of Brazoria County Cutest Pet Photo Contest

Do you have the most adorable dog or cat in Brazoria County? It's time to let the world see just how cute your furry friend truly is! The SPCA of Brazoria County is thrilled to announce our Cutest Pet Photo Contest, running from September 15, 2024, to October 15, 2024, at 9:00 PM CST. This is your chance to show off your pet's charm, whether they're striking a pose, flashing a playful grin, or just being their irresistibly cute selves.

The Grand Prize winner will enjoy an exclusive 1-hour photo session with a professional pet photographer, ensuring your pet's personality shines through in every shot. In addition, you'll receive a fantastic prize pack sponsored by a local business, a $100 Amazon gift card, and the ultimate bragging rights as your pet is featured on our website for all to admire!

But the fun doesn't stop there—nine other lucky pets will be selected as runner-ups, each winning a prize pack sponsored by a local business and a coveted spot on our website. Whether your pet has the fluffiest fur, the most expressive eyes, or the quirkiest personality, we want to see it!

Every entry in the contest supports the SPCA's mission to care for animals in need, so by participating, you're not only celebrating your pet but also making a difference in the lives of others. Get your cameras ready, and let your pet's cuteness shine for a great cause!

Rules

Photo Guidelines

Photo submissions must be of owned, domestic dogs and cats*. Your pet does not have to be adopted from SPCA of Brazoria County to enter.
Photos should feature ONE pet only. Photos submitted in which more than one pet is visible will result in disqualification.
Photos should be in focus and of high quality, in either .jpg or .png format. Entrants who submit photos that are not high quality will be disqualified.
Photos should have file size of 2MB or higher.
Photos must not be altered, other than minor adjustments to contrast, brightness, etc.
Photos must contain only pets – no humans.

Photo Submissions

Only one photo submission per entry fee is allowed.
You may submit as many entries as you like, but they must be of different pets.
Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, obscene, etc., as determined by the staff of SPCA of Brazoria County will be removed from the contest with no refunds.
If your photo was taken by a professional or commercial photographer, you must send a signed copyright release to info@spcabc.org
Once entered, photos become the property of the SPCA of Brazoria County and may be used for print and digital marketing purposes, including social media.
The submission period begins at 9:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Sunday, September 15, 2024, and ends at 9:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Saturday, October 12, 2024.
The voting period begins at 9:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Sunday, September 15, 2024, and ends at 9:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
SPCA of Brazoria County team members and board of directors are eligible to enter but not eligible to win the grand prize.

Contest & Voting Fees

Each entry is $5.
Every $1 donation counts as one vote (minimum of five votes, or $5).
Votes are unlimited.
All donations from voting and entries are non-refundable.
Entries and donations MUST be made via the online contest page.

SPCA of Brazoria County reserves the right to alter contest rules as necessary.
