Pet's Story or Bio
Balto is our first dog and we are so glad that he joined our family. Rescued by the SPCA Monterey from a rough home, it took him a while to get adjusted. Finally, after about two weeks, he first spoke to us and he was getting used to our backyard. We had to be careful not to make loud noises because of his previous trauma. We all help to teach Balto manners but I have taken it upon myself that he learn some tricks as well! Balto has improved my life by adding a best friend when I was lonely because my brother and my friends were in a different school than me. I feel so proud walking around and having people stare at Balto because he is such a beautiful dog and has an amazing happy demeanour.
Thank you to everyone working hard at the SPCA Monterey to help uncared for and abused animals and for giving our family the best dog in the world! (everyone has their own opinion).
