Pet's Story or Bio
Bennett was adopted from the SPCA Monterey County and after her first physical we learned that she has a degenerative disease, Legg-Calve Perthes disease, requiring two expensive orthopedic hip surgeries. Our veterinarian communicated Bennett's chart and radiographs with the clinic at the SPCAMC and they agreed to complete Bennett's surgeries free of charge. Bennett completes her physical therapy everyday and is starting to go on walks around the neighborhood. We are relieved and grateful to the SPCAMC for helping us provide Bennett with a pain-free life.
