Kate arrived at her home in Salinas as a new pup. When her owners moved to Singapore a few years later, she moved too, and there she began to swim in the ocean. When she returned to California a few years later, she continued to swim in the ocean in Capitola, and she drew crowds of people when she swam out thru the surf and along the wharf to get her ball, swimming back to shore - over and over again. People would cheer her on. She was a wonderful dog and she is missed every day.
