Pet's Story or Bio
Stella was adopted from the Animal Rescue Project located in pacific grove. She was a tiny little thing-the runt of the litter. When I picked her up she snuggled up to my neck and I completely melted. Although I had not planned to adopt a cat that day, she changed my mind and came home with me. She was the first cat I ever had.
Before adopting Stella, I thought that cats were without much of a personality. Was I ever wrong. She had a huge personality and then some.
Stella was incredibly mellow and never hurried anywhere. The way all four of her feet pointed slightly outward, her gait, her attitude, and the way she carried herself always made me think of a princess. And I guess she was, of sorts. She was certainly treated like one.
We were lucky to have her for over 17 She (we) lost her battle with liver failure over 4 years ago and I still think about her all the time. What a beautiful creature.
