spcaLA’s 2021 Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Photo Contest will run October 1st through October 31st. . Submit a photo of your Friend for Life (dog, cat, or pocket pet – hamster, rabbit, guinea pig, etc.). There is no entry fee. Vote as many times as you like, 1 vote = $1 donation to spcaLA. Donations run programs and services including Cruelty Investigations, Disaster Animal Response Team, Violence Prevention & Humane Education and a variety of shelter services.
The highest number of votes in each category will be spcaLA’s 2021 Howl-O-Ween Winners (dog, cat, and pocket pet – hamster, rabbit, turtle, etc.). Winners will be acknowledged on our events page, social media, and will receive a Grand Prize Gift Basket (which includes a participation certificate, giveaway items, and more!) only available for pick up at one of our locations in LA, Hawthorne, or Long Beach. All participants will receive a downloadable participation certificate. In the event of a tie, winners will be chosen at random.
