spcaLA’s 2021 Howl-O-Ween photo contest will run October 1st through October 31st. Donations run programs and services including Cruelty Investigations, Disaster Animal Response Team, Violence Prevention & Humane Education and a variety of shelter services. Submit a photo of your Pet and vote as many times as you like, 1 vote = $1 donation to spcaLA.
Contest Winners
The contest will consists of three categories, Favorite Dog Costume, Favorite Cat Costume and Favorite Other Costume.
The highest number of votes in each category will be spcaLA’s 2021 Howl-O-Ween winners. All pets are welcome to enter, dog, cat, hamster, rabbit, turtle, etc.
Winners to be acknowledged on our events page, social media, and will receive a Grand Prize Gift Basket, which will include a participation certificate and various items. Baskets will only be available for pick up at one of our locations LA, Hawthorne, or Long Beach. All participants will receive a downloadable participation certificate.

We believe that animals, as living creatures, have value beyond economic measurement, and are entitled to legal, moral and ethical consideration and protection. spcaLA is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, independently chartered organization that is not affiliated with any other “SPCA” or humane society (Tax ID 95-1738153). There is no national SPCA, parent organization, or umbrella group that provides financial support. Each SPCA and Humane Society is a completely unrelated organization.
