Our little Misty found her way to Southwest English Setter Rescue and into our hearts because her original owners found out she was a deaf puppy. Misty is funny, gentle, affectionate and also extremely bright. Misty has learned hand signals with ease. Misty's wonderful foster mom started Misty's training and I was amazed that a 5 month old puppy could have such focus. It is heartbreaking to know that so many deaf puppies are euthanized. Thanks to Southwest English Setter Rescue, little Misty has a bright future filled with love.
