Azuki recently had a horrible back injury and was paralyzed in her back legs for luckily only about 2-3 weeks. Her demeanor was down and she didn’t understand why she was in so much pain. I was absolutely sure she was going to be wheel chair bound but was prepared to do whatever it took for her to get her spirits up. However, after treatment she was receiving from our vet, she was able to walk again. This picture was taken when she was able to finally sit up by herself and take a few steps. Her face is lit up and you can tell, yes we aren’t going to be as fast as we use to be, but we can still walk and play and be happy for a very long time ❤️
