Live & Love Huskies or Northern Breeds Story
When we lost our Seiko in December, my hubby and I felt our 2 Alaskan malamutes would probably be our last dogs; however, we left the door open knowing sometimes life just happens. Our girls are big 110 & 130 so any addition would need to hold their own. Enter Baldur, who was available at our local shelter. He was picked up as a stray on 6/24, days before my birthday, and on 7/10 he came home with us. He is amazing and so smart. Potty, leash and crate trained; he had also been neutered already which was great. It was pretty obvious he had not been on his own for long since his coat except for some matting on his belly is beautiful. I don't know what lead to his abandonment, but he is home now and forever.
