Pet's Story or Bio
I adopted Bodhi from a local no-kill shelter in Tucson last May. He was found as a stray, unclaimed, and terrified of people. When I brought him home to my apartment he was afraid to be outdoors and getting him to relieve himself was nearly impossible. I wound him driving him twice a day to a church down the street with a quiet courtyard where he felt secure and comfortable. In time we began going to a nearby park for long walks and dog play. Look at him now. Here he is visiting at a friend's home--I think he is thanking me for introducing him to her two little dogs--his new best friends--besides me!
