Named after one of the most eccentric and interesting rock stars ever, Frank Zappacat's funky soul patch and heart nose attract a lot of attention. Frank is also a little bit of a tortured artist -- he is often equally shy and wanting attention at the same time -- but deep down he's just the sweetest kitty ever. Frank and his brother T'Angelo were rescued from Los Angeles, which has a huge stray cat problem, and we can tell that he really appreciates having a stable home and humans who love him dearly.
