Archie is a Black and Tan blood hound that was abandoned by his original owners in the mountains of North Carolina. When I adopted him he was skin and bones in need of love and a delicious meal. Now he’s a happy, healthy, 100 pound “puppy” that enjoys playing with his squeaky plush toys, eating fried chicken, and getting cuddles at bedtime. He is proof that when you rescue an animal, they rescue you right back.
