My Fiancé Maggie and I rescued Copper from Royal Animal Refuge in March right before the pandemic. Copper was an owner surrender and was scared of us at first. Once he realized that we loved him and we were not going anywhere he became the happiest puppy in the world. Copper “loves being loved!” In reality copper recused us. We love our sweet boy. He sleeps in bed with us...loves to chew on sticks (bigger the better)...play fetch...and go on car rides in my truck. He knows that when daddy drinks a cold one he gets a treat so he always plops down in the chair next to me to chill (as seen in photo). Copper is the best thing that ever happened to us. We couldn’t give Copper up for anything. He is family! Copper when howl with excitement to win (part beagle...we think?) ! Cheers!
