Jax was part of a litter saved during a drug bust. The litter's mom was found by a DEA agent, and brought to the rescue. A mix of French mastiff (dad) and pit bull (mom), they were called the "constellation litter", and the eight brothers and sisters were named accordingly. Jax (Juneau) was the "runt" of the litter. He has grown into a 93-pound cuddle hound. He galumphs around the house with his playmate Lucy, considers himself a lap dog, and will eat just about anything (and we mean ANYTHING).
