Helping Pugs in Need
We rescue displaced and abandoned pugs, provide necessary medical care, place them with caring fosters, find each pug a loving home, and let everyone know how SPECIAL pugs are.
Since 2003, we have been known as Pug Rescue of Florida, a non-profit 501(c)3 animal rescue organization, EIN: 14-1866385. In 2021 we obtained our license as an official Georgia foster/rescue organization and are now officially recognized as Pug Rescue of Florida & Georgia.
We operate through an organized network of volunteers and sustain our operations through fundraising efforts and the generous financial support of private individuals and commercial entities.
Pug Rescue of Florida & Georgia rescues approximately 150 pugs/pug mixes each year, incurring over $185,000 in annual expenses to save the lives of these precious pugs.
