Help us celebrate rescued pugs and pug mixes, while also raising funds to help pay the $180,000+ veterinary bills (annually) for our foster pugs. We help more than 150 pugs throughout Florida and Georgia each year and we are determined to give pugs in need a safe, healthy, and happy future.

This photo contest is open to all pugs/pug mixes that have been rescued, either from Pug Rescue of Florida & Georgia or another rescue/shelter (foster, adopted, etc.).

Enter your pug’s photo into the contest and then start campaigning for votes. Share with everyone – family, friends, social media followers, etc. and watch the votes add up! EVERY vote = $1 to help a pug in need of important medical care.

The photo with the most votes will be on the COVER of the 2025 Pug Rescue of Florida & Georgia calendar! 

• The winning photo will also appear in PRFG social media campaigns, including the rescue’s Facebook cover for January 2025.
• We will reveal the 2025 Pug Rescue of FL & GA Calendar at PugFest on November 16, 2024, at Fire Maker Brewing in Atlanta, GA.
• The Grand Prize winner will receive a VIP bag & admission to PugFest.
• The Grand Prize Winner’s photo will be the inspiration for an upcoming PRFG t-shirt.
• The winner will receive 2 copies of the 2025 calendar.
  
  

Photos with the 2nd – 12th highest number of votes will have their photo featured as a “Pug of the Month” in the 2025 calendar. Winners will also receive:

• 2 general admission passes to PugFest on November 16, 2024, at Fire Maker Brewing in Atlanta, GA.

1 Judge’s Choice photo will be selected and featured as a “Pug of the Month” in the 2025 calendar.

Contest Voting will close July 15, 2024, at 8pm Eastern Time. People can vote as many times as they would like, and votes will be displayed on the contest webpage as they come in. Please share your pug’s entry information with your friends and family and encourage everyone to vote early and vote often!

Your pug's photo and name will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo, then choose the day, and pay. First come first served — once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available. Each day is $20; you may purchase multiple days.

Calendars will be mailed directly to you before the end of 2024. We will create a beautiful hanging calendar that measures 11”x10” folded (opens to 11” Wide x 20” Tall).  Calendars make wonderful holiday gifts for all pug fans so order several for your friends, family, and co-workers. We will not be able to order extra calendars after the contest ends so you MUST order by July 15, 2024, 8pm EST.
