A little about me...
JOE is an elderly and sweet boy that our family adopted from AWLA in February. He came here from Florida and was sick and injured. It broke our hearts to see that the previous shelter in Florida had suggested euthanasia for him. AWLA loved and treated JOE and gave him a second chance in life!
This gentle boy does not let his physical challenges and heart worm illness slow him down! He takes his medicine and has completed his treatments like a champ.
He loves going outside to walk, watch ducks, and to feel the sun on his sweet face. He loves butt scritches and loves to cuddle. He LOVES his toy balls and often cries when playing with them because he is so happy to have them!
We also have another pup, a cat, and a potbelly pig, who all adore their new brother. JOE is SO loving and we are so happy to have him in our pack! We love JOE so much! Thank you AWLA for allowing us to adopt JOE and bring him home! He brings all who meet him such joy!
