The top 12 entries & a judge’s choice pet will win a professional photo session with SKRS Photography that will be scheduled on specific dates in May at the studio located in Glenmoore, PA, a mile north of the rescue. If you are unable to commit to a photo session at that location and during the dates & times offered, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar. No exceptions. The 13-top vote-getters will also receive a Discovery Call with SKRS Photography to learn more about them and their personality, and discuss the session for the calendar.

The top vote recipient will win the coveted cover photo for the 2025 calendar. The remaining 11 entries with the most votes will be featured as a pet of the month. ALL entries will be featured in a photo collage on the back of the calendar.

One entry will be selected for a Judge's Choice Award. A panel of judges will pick the photo with the most personality and give that dog a spot in the calendar, regardless of the number of votes it gets.

SKRS Photography will choose the best images from each shoot and their corresponding months. All winners will have the opportunity to purchase photo products following their session if desired.

The dog receiving the highest number of new votes each week during the course of the six-week contest will win a mini-contest prize from one of the participating local businesses.
