Rules

Online voting is open Friday, March 26, 2021 – 10:00am until Tuesday, April 6, 2021 – 6:00pm.

Entry for the online portion of the contest is open to all US residents no matter where you live. All entrants must register and pay the $10 entry fee.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Entrants wishing to have their creation exhibited in person and eligible for live in-person voting must be able to transport their entry to The Town Mall of Westminster, MD. Delivery dates and instructions will be emailed separately.

Voting will take place virtually online and live in person simultaneously. The Grand Prize winner will be calculated by adding together the virtual and live vote totals. Entries may win prizes in more than one category (virtual / live / grand prize).

Entrants are responsible for providing their own photograph and/or video of their entry. The Arts Council and Just Born Inc. will retain these images and may use for promotion, merchandise, print, or online publicity, etc. The Arts Council may choose to take additional photographs of any in-person entries and use those instead of the submitted image.
