Welcome to the Carroll County Art Council's 14^th Annual PEEPshow!

Online voting in our virtual contest is a fun way to help select the winning entries! Each vote costs $1 and all donations support the Carroll County Arts Council, one of our community's most vibrant non-profit organizations.

Many entries are displayed at the Town Mall of Westminster 400 N Center St,  Westminster, Maryland. Stop by to check them out in person if you can!
