Senior Smile

Welcome to ONE CARE’s Senior Smile Photo Contest! At ONE CARE, we believe that everyone deserves to age well and be themselves. With this contest we aim to celebrate aging with authentic and realistic imagery.

We encourage you to submit a positive image of seniors in moments of joy, companionship, and quiet dignity. We invite you to submit your photo, and include a description about how your photo celebrates aging.

This contest is an opportunity to celebrate seniors, while raising funds to support ONE CARE’s essential programs and services. Funds raised through the contest will go directly towards clients in need of financial subsidy, and the purchase and maintenance of essential program equipment and facilities. Rules

Anyone in Canada can enter the contest (amateur and professional photographers welcome).
One photo per entry.
We will not accept stock photos.
Your photo must be high-resolution.
Once entered, photos become the property of ONE CARE and may be used for marketing purposes, including social media.
By submitting your photo, you are confirming that general consent of individuals in the image was obtained when their photo was taken by you.
All photo submissions will be displayed online. Once a photo is uploaded, it will appear in the online gallery on our contest website and will be open to voting by the general public.
Each entry costs $20 which will give you your first 20 votes. You can enter any time after 7:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, June 1, 2024 until 10:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, June 30, 2024.
Each vote costs $1 with a minimum of 5 votes per transaction. Voting will open at 7:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, June 1, 2024 until 10:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, July 7, 2024.
Winners will be determined by popular vote.
All votes are charitable donations to ONE CARE. All participants whose donations total $20.00 or more during the full time of the contest will receive an emailed receipt for their total contribution.
Contest donations are processed by a secure payment processor. You can donate using all major credit cards and Visa and MasterCard debit cards.
ONE CARE reserves the right to disqualify at any time any photo it determines to be unsuitable.
