Operation Freedom Paws Canada, in partnership with Pauliina Saarinen Photography, is happy to announce its dog Calendar Contest for 2022. All proceeds from this photo contest and the sale of the calendar will assist Operation Freedom Paws Canada run their Service Dog program. OFP Canada teaches people with disabilities to train rescue dogs to be their own service dogs. At the end of their training, dogs and handlers certify as Service Dog Teams under the BC Guide Dog and Service Dog Act. All proceeds from this contest will help OFP Canada with their goal of buying a property and building a permanent training facility to be able to help more people.
To enter, submit your favorite photo of your dog and ask your family and friends to vote for your pooch. Please review the Contest Rules carefully for submission guidelines. Those who do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win.

The winners of the photo contest will be the 13 entrants that receive the most votes. The 13 dogs with the most votes will be professionally photographed by Pauliina Saarinen Photography for the 2022 calendar.
Top Dog
The top dog with the most votes overall will win the cover photo for the 2022 calendar AND a 2-night stay in a Main Floor Triplex Cabin at Middle Beach Lodge in Tofino AND three bags of NUTRAM dog food (your choice of recipes and bag sizes) AND a gift bag of assorted dog supplies, toys and treats donated by Qualicum Pet Foods.

Reserve a Special Spot in the calendar for your dog:
Honor your dog in memoriam or celebrate your dog's birthday or gotcha-day by reserving an empty grid space (before or after the numbered squares) for their photo. Choose a favorite photo, select a month, and pay. Each month has a limited number of squares in the calendar grid. They will be filled on a first come, first served basis. If there is no grid space left in a month, the picture will be moved to another month with available grid space. Reserve a grid space for $20.
