Spencer is a mix of Chihuahua & Dachshund. I adopted him in 2009 at OAS and fell in love the first time I saw him. But he's not a typical Chihuahua, he's not yappy and rarely even barks. He loves all kids, people, small dogs and some large ones. He goes everywhere with me. When I talk to him he turns his head like he is trying to understand what I'm saying and everyone gets a big kick out of that. He is sweet and loving and the best dog I could have asked for.
