Louie was Mr. May 2008 at the Oakland Animal Shelter. To have adopted him was to receive a great gift. He is charismatic, intuitive, intelligent and unconditionally loving and loyal. He is in short, simply the best of friends! He is the epitome of what shelter dogs are : loving, loyal and just in need of being given a chance to enjoy life.
