Snoopy (formerly Sweetpea) is our third hound, and our first foxhound. We adopted her in late fall 2021 when our beloved 12 year old redtick crossed the Rainbow bridge. Snoopy healed our hearts and made our house a (fur-covered) home again.
Snoopy enjoys raw carrots, riding in the car, destroying slippers, running through leaf piles, squeaky toys, Joni Mitchell, and having her front paws massaged. She says "no thank you" to cats, loud noises, nail clippers and rainstorms. She lives up to her name every day by doing the army crawl up to the kitchen door at suppertime if she thinks there's interesting cooking going on; she gives herself away by loudly thumping her tail against the wall, wagging as she watches you. She has a pink and black nose, pink paw pads, and is 39 pounds of wiggly awesomeness. We adore her.
