Nebby was adopted from NECR in September of 2015. She was originally named Barbie. She is such a good dog and extreme loved by her family. She is so much fun and loves people, her cats, and soft cuddly blankets. She can’t sleep unless she is tucked in and warm. Adopting her was best thing we have done.
