NDLB Rescue 2026 Calendar Photo Contest Presented by Kasey Wilson Photography

No Dog Left Behind Rescue (NDLB) in partnership with Kasey Wilson Photography, is happy to announce its pet calendar contest for 2026. Proceeds from the sale of the calendar and photo contest will assist NDLB Rescue with providing quality care, education, and community support for current and future animals.

We encourage you to submit your favorite photo of your pets and ask your family and friends to vote for them. Please review the Contest Rules carefully for submission guidelines; those that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win. Fees for photo entries and votes will help NDLB Rescue continue their efforts to find dogs their forever family; to speak for the abused, neglected, and abandoned; to educate adopters, reduce the number of homeless, and provide proper vet care; and to save those that need saving.

Grand Prize:

The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 12 entrants that get the most votes.
The top winner will win a pet of the month spot and also the coveted cover photo for the 2026 calendar. 2nd - 11th place winners will have their pet featured as a pet of the month.
The top 12 vote getters will have their pet professionally photographed by Kasey Wilson Photography for the 2026 calendar.

Prizes

Grand Prizes:

The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 12 entrants that get the most votes.
The top winner will win a pet of the month spot and also the coveted cover photo for the 2026 calendar! 2nd - 11th place winners will have their pet featured as a pet of the month.
The top 12 vote getters will have their pet professionally photographed by Kasey Wilson Photography for the 2026 calendar.
All winners will have the opportunity to purchase products and images following their session if desired.

*If your pet is one of the 12 to be photographed for the calendar, you must be able to bring your pet to a pre-selected location in the Twin City Metro area during June, July, and August after the contest has ended for a professional outdoor/studio photo session. If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to these pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.

Weekly Mini-Contests:

The pet receiving the highest number of new votes each week over the course of the contest will win a mini-contest prize from one of the participating businesses. The dates of those weeks will be:
- 4/27/25 – 5/3/25
- 5/4/25 – 5/10/25
- 5/11/5 – 5/17/25
- 5/18/25 – 5/24/25
- 5/25/25 – 5/31/25
Each pet may only win a weekly mini-contest once.
In the event of a tie, a random computerized draw will be held between the highest vote getters of the week to determine that week's winner.
In the event that there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized draw will be held for all eligible pets.
Certain individual business restrictions and limitations may apply and may vary by business. Kasey Wilson Photography is not responsible for these restrictions and eligibility requirements as determined by each business.

The Fine Print:

By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
Calendars will be available to the general public starting October 2025.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless No Dog Left Behind Rescue and Kasey Wilson Photography and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers, and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.

Rules

Entries:

Each entry is a $5.00.
Limit of one pet per photo entry. People are not allowed in photos, only your pet. Photos that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
All photos must be uploaded; we cannot accept printed photos. We cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
The Submissions Period starts at 8:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Sunday, April 27, 2025 and ends at 8:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
Contest entry fees are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by Kasey Wilson Photography in its sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
Posting more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning. The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 12 entries that receive the most votes. The same pet can only win once. Attempts to win two spots in the calendar by the same pet will not be permitted.

Voting:

Each $1.00 counts as one (1) vote.
All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
Contest votes are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GOGO Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
The Voting Period starts at 8:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Sunday, April 27, 2025 and ends at 8:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Saturday, May 31, 2025.

Calendar Photo Session:

The top 12 vote getters will win a professional outdoor photo session by Kasey Wilson Photography at a pre-selected location in the Twin City Metro area during June, July, and August after the contest has ended for a professional outdoor photo session.
Pet must be able to be transported to the location of the photo session and be photographed outdoors/studio.
If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to these pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.
The top vote recipient will win a pet of the month spot and also the coveted cover photo for the 2026 calendar. The following 11 recipients with the most votes will be eligible to have their pet featured as a pet of the month.
The photographer, Kasey Wilson, will choose the best image of the pets to be used in the calendar as well as which month that image will appear.
