Hamilton "Hammy" was rescued by my friend, Diella, several years ago. He had been given up for adoption many times until finally finding his forever home with Diella and her family where he was loved beyond measure. He was a big fella weighing as much as 140 pounds. He lived happily for four more years with a cat and two human siblings. Sadly, Hammy's health was in decline and he took a turn for the worse last week and they had to put him down. I am submitting his photo in memorandum and as a surprise to his family. xo
