Willie came from a hoarding situation where he was tied to a swimming pool deck and thrown food then left to fend for himself for days. His eye was damaged , then neglected, and had to be removed. Willie was adopted 6 yrs ago and he has fostered several females until they found forever homes. Willie is as happy go lucky as he looks and has the BEST smile!
