We adopted Scout from the Humane Society of Tampa Bay 7 years ago. He is a Pyr mix, and he not only convinced my husband that having a dog is great, but he also opened our eyes to the breed. We have since adopted 2 more Pyrs, sadly we lost one in Dec 2020, but will continue to support the breed and the rescues working tirelessly for them.
