This is Lady Alberta. She was born in a goat pen and bred to be an LGD. She was the runt of a litter of four and my dream pup. It took her some time to adapt to life as a family pet, and though she kept her guard instinct, she is a dedicated couch napper these days. This photo was taken to celebrate her 2nd birthday. She loves her cats, her little brother (adopted from NGPR), and the small creatures she oversees from her favorite rock.
