Our 2024 Top Dog Calendar Cover Contest is underway and we need your help. More dogs than ever are showing up in kill shelters and on our doorstep.  Basic veterinary services were disrupted during the pandemic and many clinics have not returned to the same level of service.  The number of spaying and neutering procedures dropped, costs skyrocketed and people skipped this crucial operation.  Many more puppies are now being born with no one to care for them. Entire litters are being dumped at shelters or left to wander.  Our 2024 calendar is raising funds to care for and responsibly spay and neuter these dogs.  Submit your photo now and spread the word about voting for our 2024 Top Dog! Our beautiful calendar features compelling photos of rescued Pyrs and Pyr mixes across the U.S. and Canada. Don't wait to enter—if your dog doesn't make the final cut, you will still get a calendar and help raise funds. The cost is $45 to submit your dog's photo for publication in the calendar, enter the Top Dog calendar cover fundraising contest and receive one 14-month National Pyr Rescue Happy Endings calendar. The calendar goes from December 2023 through January 2025 and the cost includes delivery.

Calendars will be mailed in early November. You'll love how the dogs look in the calender.  Once again we're partnering with GoGo Photo Contest, to help the dogs will receive maximum exposure online and in social media.

All photo submissions will have a chance to be our "Top Dog" calendar cover dog. Get your friends and relatives to vote your dog Top Dog. Voting in our calendar cover fundraiser starts June 15 and ends July 31. Every dollar equals one point and is tax-deductible; the dog with the highest number of points will be our new cover dog, and all the money raised goes to help rescue.

Top prize is the calendar cover, plus an inside spread (photos & text) on the winning dog and ten (10) copies of the calendar.

Top 4 runners-up are featured on the back cover of the calendar plus inside front cover page and receive five (5) copies of the calendar.

Honor Roll Dogs are featured on the inside front cover and receive three (3) copies of the calendar.
