Hoku is a 10-year-old senior girl who has been cared for by her foster mom, Simone, for nearly one year… and she is having the time of her life! Hoku has no less than five beds in her foster home, and she is treated to her favorite indulgence: carrots. Hoku is an easy going, laid back girl who is happiest when she is relaxing with her humans, going on leisurely walks, or taking a nap!

Bryan is a firefighter from the Lahaina station on Ladder 3. He has a 4-year-old Siberian Husky named Mako who is an excellent brother to Bryan’s two young daughters. Bryan has served the department for nearly 10 years and enjoys the rewarding feeling of assisting those who need help.
