Everyone loves to show off pics of their pups and we LOVE rescue dogs! You now have the chance to enter your furry friend’s best pose into our 7th annual photo contest for the opportunity to be photographed with local Colorado Firefighters and be featured in our 2025 Fire Rescue Dogs Calendar that ships Worldwide! How awesome is that!?!
This contest is open to ALL RESCUE DOGS. No matter how young or old, or what rescue/shelter you adopted them from, we would be over the moon to see as many rescue’s as possible enter this contest so that we can see how amazing your pups are!

Friends, family, neighbors or anyone else within your social network are good people to reach out to. Facebook and Instagram are great platforms to do this…or good old fashioned email works too! The more you share the more puppies we can save through donations.
This is all for a fantastic cause but we need your participation to reach our goal of $20,000!
All funds raised will go directly to Lifeline Puppy Rescue in order to help other puppies in need and to help build a new kennel facility to replace the outdated 30 year old facility. Don’t forget that we are a 501(c)3 so all of your donations are tax deductible.

The 1st place winner of the photo contest will be the lucky dog who collects the most votes by the end of the contest! The winner will be featured in our 2025 Fire Rescue Dogs Calendar and will be photographed with a group of our local Colorado Firefighters in May or June (dates TBA)! Your dog will be printed in 7,000+ copies of the calendar that ships worldwide and is the top selling firefighter calendar on Amazon! You will also receive a 30 min Professional Photoshoot + 5 Images AND your dogs photo on a custom wine label along with 12 bottles of wine 6 White & 6 Red. Plus, $150 gift card, 2 tickets to our Calendar Debut Party and (5) Fire Rescue Dogs Calendars.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be available to bring your dog in May or June to ONE of the 2 calendar photoshoots (most likely on a weekday). *You receive 2 photoshoots total. The calendar photoshoot and a separate 30 min photoshoot at our photographers studio.

Contest Rules
- Even though we do love all dogs, they must be a RESCUE DOG in order to participate for this calendar contest. It does not matter which rescue they were adopted from.
- All donations from voting will go directly to support Lifeline Puppy Rescue, a 501(c)3 no-kill puppy rescue located in Brighton, CO.
- Photo entry participants must be able to attend a calendar photoshoot with their dog on ONE of the 2 dates scheduled in May or June (TBA - most likely on a weekday) in the Denver Metro Area during the a.m. hours. Detailed location will be released to the winner after the contest has ended and we will work with you to find the date that works best. *If you are unable to attend one of the three days given to you then the runner up will have the opportunity to take your place and you will be awarded a different prize.
- The top fundraiser dog will be photographed with local Colorado Firefighters and be awarded with a featured page in our 2025 Fire Rescue Dogs Calendar along with a short story of your rescue pup!
- By entering your photo into this contest you also agree and give permission for Lifeline Puppy Rescue and the Fire Rescue Dogs Calendar to use your name, your pets name, story and photograph in our 2025 Fire Rescue Dogs Calendar, current and future social media promotions, publications and other marketing materials.
- Lifeline Puppy Rescue reserves the right to disqualify any entry if we deem necessary to do so.
Photo Requirements
- Photos must be submitted by 9:00:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
- Photo should be of your dog only please and no other pets or people if possible.
- Do you have 2-3 rescue dogs? That’s super awesome! You may submit up to 3 dogs in one photo but they must ALL be rescue dogs in order to be considered together. No more than 3 dogs please.
- Please make sure that your photos are in focus with decent lighting so that we can clearly see your dog.
