Your Pet's Story or Bio
Iris came up to MA in transport from La Ma. She was one of a litter whose mom was known as Frito. Her name was Espresso, which I changed to Iris. She was terrified of everything except me when I first brought her home. I adopted her September 29, 2023.

We started working one on one with a trainer and she has built a lot of self confidence. She loves car rides now. She adores other dogs and loves to play with them. She passed advanced obedience and now is being task trained to help me with my disability. She is very sweet and affectionate. She still is shy around strangers, but that is good for a service dog. I just love her so much! We now live in St Louis MO and there are so many dog activities and events to keep us busy.
